Just when I think things have finally settled into a routine & there's no more bs, boom, something happens! The rules change constantly here. Now I'm not allowed to decorate outside or have anything on the side porch but, a welcome mat. Whatever! I took that in too & also the stuff I had by the kitchen door. Please know that I think of you every day even when I haven't written you like I want. I can't believe it's Sept. already & it was 4 years on Aug. 31th that Mom's been gone. Things have calmed down here & everything seems to be straightened out for the moment. Hope it stays that way!! I still really miss my little LiLi & wish I could have had her longer but, that was not meant to be, I guess. So sad. I'm sure she is with you, Tori, ^ all of the dogs we had through the years. Maybe even Mom, too. Please take care of her. I'm glad she's not sick anymore & that I took her in & hopefully gave her a better life. Anyway, I miss you!!! 	From: Roberta On: 7/31/23 Hi Daddy, I love & miss you very much!! Well, things have been a bit stressful and crazy where I'm living! I don't think the owners have a clue & they bit off more than they can chew. Lost my rent check, deceiving the Township & inspectors, not fixing things for weeks or at all, & alot more! Now a box of my brand new checks are missing from my mailbox. Not their fault but, since 2 people have to now share a mailbox, weird crap is happening. 	From: Roberta On: 5/25/23 Hi Daddy, I love you so much! Well, the worst has happened with LiLi(Liam). She's gone, Daddy, & I'm so sad!!! My poor little stray girl. Such a sweetheart! She was doing okay for awhile but, then started having more bad days than than good. :( This past weekend it was so awful & she really took a turn for the worse. Wasn't really eating anymore, sleeping more & she could hardly walk. So, I made that awful decision to have her euthanized. I didn't want her to really start suffering. I miss her so much!!! Keep expecting to see her laying on her favorite blanket under the chair. Frankie is a bit confused about the whole thing, too. I let him see her after I brought her home. Yesterday I took her to get cremated. Just have to return to get her wooden urn because I'm having it engraved. The place I took her was beautiful & the woman who runs it was so kind and empathetic. I know she's with Tori & you now until we all meet again. That helps! Love always, Roberta xoxoxo
	From: Roberta On: 4/27/23 Hi Daddy, I love and miss you so much!!! Had to take LiLi to the vets a couple of weeks ago. It was very scary. She wasn't eating normally & her back legs gave out so, she couldn't get up. Lots going on with her but, she's a tough little kitty! She had an infected nail & since that's been taken care of, she seems better & happier. However, she has thyroid issues so, hoping to get that under control with prescription food. Here's the worst thing, Daddy......she has a cancerous tumor in her chest & I believe the vet told me it has spread. So, we're taking it day by day. She's been eating more normally, still grooming herself, & interacting with me. Asked vet about euthanasia but, we are not there at this point. So sad to think about that in and of itself plus, it also brings back terrible memories of Tori. Please sent your love to LiLi!! Love always, Roberta xoxoxo
