In Memory Of: My Friend, Katie

by Brittney Gilsdorf.........................................

When everyone arrived at school that tragic day
We did not belive what the others had to say
They told us that a car crash was how you were killed
The teachers did not belive that they had lost a student so skilled Aleigha and Chris seem so lost without you
Your teachers, classmates, family, and friends miss you so much too
I am really sorry we did not get to say good-bye
Now you are an angel looking down on us from up in the sky
Your visitation was friday night
Seeing you in that casket was an aweful sight
That was the FIRST time I saw you without a smile on your face
There were many flower arrangements there including a vase
They say time is what we need to heal our pain
The everyday activities we do will never be the same
You will always have a special place with-in my heart
I will always think of you as each new day starts
The days, weeks, and months slowly creep by
When I see you in my dreams all I can do is sigh

You will live on in the hearts of us all!! We will never-ever forget about you!!

In memory of my friend, Katie Lynnae Ernstes, born 3-30-90 and was killed in a car crash 10-10-06!! Gone But never-ever forgotten!! She will live on in the hearts of all of those that she touched!! I Miss YOU girl!!
